After a year and a half of work, I’m happy to say that Program Management for Open Source Projects is now available in its final form! You can buy the DRM-free ebook right now directly from The Pragmatic Bookshelf. If you want a paperback, U.S. customers can place a pre-order via Bookshop. It’s also available for pre-order on Amazon.

Writing a book has been such a challenging and rewarding experience. I’m proud of what we were able to make. Thank you to my development editor, Michael Swaine, and to the beta readers, technical reviewers, and everyone else who shaped it.

Stay tuned to this site for more stuff related to program management in open source projects. I have ideas for other books in mind, too, but I need to take a break for a little bit. In the meantime, if you want to write a book, I highly recommend working with The Pragmatic Bookshelf.

Ben formerly led open source messaging at Docker and was the Fedora Program Manager. He is the author of Program Management for Open Source Projects. Ben is an Open Organization Ambassador and frequent conference speaker. His personal website is Funnel Fiasco.
